-            Implement and Maintain Health, Safety and Environmental Standards in the plant.

-            Oversee processes related to handling, storage and transport of chemical material.

-            Oversee the operation, monitoring and control of continuous processes.

-            Oversee the operation, monitoring and control of batch processes.

-            Oversee maintenance and service to processes, equipment and instrumentation.

-            Oversee the analysis of plant material. 

-            Participate in improvement and training activities.

-     Fluent in English (Oral, Writing, Talking)

-      Willing to learn, take responsibility, and propose innovative solutions.

-      Able to foster a flexible, reactive and dynamic working environment.

-      Team work oriented and sense of empathy.

-     Graduated in chemistry, or related specialty, from senior college/university,

-      At least 7 to 10 years working experience as production manager/site manager in an international company.
