HOUSTON --The surge in US gasoline markets that has pulled aromatics and some other chemicals higher in recent weeks may have peaked, the Energy Information Administration (EIA) said on Wednesday.
"Unless spot prices rise again soon, we may be close to seeing the first downward movement in the average retail price for regular gasoline this spring," EIA analysts said in published commentary.
